Conditions of ordering

1. This order is subject to the published commercial policies of Roche Ltd.
2. The shipping method to be applied to an order shall coincide with the shipping methods regularly used by Roche AG on the basis of agreements with customers.
3. The warehouse used shall be the warehouse of Roche AG. (Roche reserves the right to adjust the warehouse used according to the circumstances).
4. Payment due date: within a number of days after delivery, as agreed with the customer.
5. Quality standards: The mandatory quality standards of Ecuador for the sale of pharmaceutical products apply.
